This first step is to contact us! We will then the simple process to set your department up with an Online Interview Site and train your staff in the product. For more detail, please see our Getting Started page.

Employers can choose from two products. With an annual license, an employer is able to conduct unlimited video interviews at any CareerCam network school for $149.99 a month for 12 months. With a Quarter License, employers are able to conduct unlimited video interviews for $199.99 a month for 3 months. In both cases, CareerCam is a very affordable solution, especially when compared to what a single trip would cost in terms of travel expense and lost productivity. Yes! CareerCam will not only build your fully branded Online Interview Site but will also host it on CareerCam.net. The web address for your Site will be http://yourschoolsname.careercam.net.  

We recommend that you use the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. We have found that this webcam offers the best video quality for the price.

We recommend a minimum speed of 256K. With that said, you should try to get the fastest internet connection possible.  

At most, we will have you up and running within 5 business days.

Yes! CareerCam will provide you with materials for your website, targeting not only employers but also your students. Additionally, CareerCam will provide you with email templates that you can send out to your student body and the employers seeking to hire them.

Your Site will be branded with your school's logo, colors and information.  

Yes, CareerCam is very safe. We use 128 bit inscription and have partnered with WebEx, the industry leading virtual meeting platform. Over one million meetings are held on the WebEx platform per month and there has never been a security breach.  

No. You will have full control over which employers can video interview your students.

Chances are the only new equipment that you will need is a webcam. The only other needed equipment includes a computer, telephone and an internet connection.
