Not a problem. CareerCam is free for all colleges and universities. If we are not yet working with the schools of your choice, let us know and we will work to get them on board. 

CareerCam is very easy to use. In order to schedule interviews, you will follow this process:

1. Identify students you would like to video interview. This may or may not be done in conjunction with a career service department and a school’s job posting and resume searching system.
2. Agree on an available block of time with career services to conduct video interviews. Depending upon the school, this may or may not be done through the school’s job posting and resume searching system.
3. Login to your Video Interview Command Center, and post the video interviews to the schools Online Interview site.

We recommend that you use the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. We have found that this webcam offers the best video quality for the price.

Yes! CareerCam will provide you with email fliers that you can share with your target schools. Any college or university interested in learning more about CareerCam may participate in our online demonstrations.

A fully-branded Online Interview Site is what colleges and universities use to have their students login to video interviews. It contains the school’s logo, colors and information. 

Your Video Interview Command Center is a fully-branded tool that allows you to manage the video interview process. The tool includes:

1. The ability to schedule video interviews and manage the process.
2. Generate reports on usage and much more!
3. Access training materials.

Yes, CareerCam is very safe. We use 128 bit inscription, and over one million meetings are held on the platform per month. There has never been a security breach.

Video interviewing is easy. To use our website you need:

1. A computer (Mac or PC)
2. A Phone
3. An internet connection that is at least 256K, and
4. A webcam
