The process for scheduling and conducting live video interviews is simple:
- Schedule the Live Video Interviews.
- CareerCam Network schools use the same process for scheduling video interviews as they use for scheduling on-campus interviews. This process usually involves having the employer access the school’s job posting and resume searching system. After posting a job, you will collect resumes and determine which students you want to interview. Students will then sign up for one of the video interview slots that you provide. Alternatively, some schools will simply talk with you on the phone and arrange a good day and time.
- Post the Video Interviews.
- CareerCam sets up an Online Interview Site for every network school. After scheduling the live video interviews, you will login to your CareerCam account and post the video interviews to the school’s Online Interview Site. This process only takes a few minutes.
- Conduct the Video Interview.
- On the day and time of your video interviews, you will begin hosting each interview from your CareerCam account. After this, you will call the phone number provided to you by career services and proceed to conduct the live video interview!
