Introduction. Your use of CareerCam.net (the Site) is governed by these Terms of Use (the Terms), and your use of the Site indicates your acceptance thereof. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. In the event that we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes signifies that you accept the revised Terms of Use.

 

Term. These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a User of CareerCam at any level. CareerCam reserves the right to suspend your account at any time. Even if your Account is suspended, these Agreement will remain in full effect.

 

Use of CareerCam. The Company authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the content available on CareerCam.net for informational and transactional purposes only. You agree you will not, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display or create derivative works from, profit from or exploit the contents of this site in any way other than for the purpose of conducting and participating in video interviews, managing the interview process.

 

Prohibited Uses. You agree to not use CareerCam to do the following:

  • Post content or initiate communications which are obscene, unlawful, abusive, libelous, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use the CareerCam service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to conspiring to violate laws. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  • Harass or stalk anyone.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Registration Information. When you register with CareerCam, you will be asked to provide the Company with certain information including but not limited to a valid email address (your Information). In addition to the Terms of Use and any privacy policy applicable to CareerCam.net, You understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. The Company will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by the Company or by third parties.

 

Links to External Sites. CareerCam.net may contain links to web sites controlled or offered by third parties (non-affiliates of CareerCam). By providing any links to third party web sites, CareerCam does not endorse or recommend any products or services offered or information contained therein, nor is CareerCam liable for any failure of products or services offered or advertised at those web sites. CareerCam disclaims liability for any information, materials, products, or services posted or offered at any of the third party web sites linked to this web site.

 

INDEMNITY. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CareerCam from and against any and all losses, demands, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of any unauthorized uses you may make of any material on the site or any breach by you of this User Agreement.

 

No Warranty. THE COMPANY PROVIDES THIS SERVICE ON AN" AS IS" BASIS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE COMPANY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONTENT.

 

Limitation on Liability. CAREERCAM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CAREERCAM.NET OR YOUR USE OF CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION WILL NOT EXCEED $110.

 

Governing Law. Use of this Web site shall be governed by all applicable Federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Ohio.
